摘要
Recent experiments aimed at measuring the electronic interactions between voltage-tunable quantum dots in which the electron number can be varied by integer values are summarized. With suitable gate electrodes the quantum dots are defined electrostatically at a GaAs-AlGaAs heterojunction interface. In coupled quantum dots electronic interactions are made visible by studying Coulomb blockade oscillations of the static conductance as well as collective resonances of the dynamic conductance.
