摘要
Using an excitation-contraction model relying on a physiological basis and applied within a rheological model of Hill-Maxwell type, an electrically activated mechanical model of the myocardium is presented. Then a data assimilation technique is formulated and demonstrated in order to estimate - from experimental data - the state and parameters of the model. Some of these parameters are crucial for medical purposes in order to detect activation and contraction troubles, hence to diagnose heart pathologies.
