摘要：

In this paper a design of medium power (up to 35.5 dBm saturated power) C-band amplifiers is presented. Devices are based on low cost GaAs InGaP Power Amplifier MMIC. Different couplers and power divider circuits are used to achieve balanced amplifier with a microstrip line structure.
