Detecting connection between the need, the ability of creating cognitive and emotional intelligence structures, perfectionism and burnout among teachers

摘要
Diagnostic instruments designed to measure the quality of working life and burnout syndrome are currently used widely. Often, however, these questionnaires that are already publicly available, and thus the informative value decrease. In our research, we present and focused on other diagnostic methodologies that could help in the diagnosis of burnout syndrome - like his marker, but also as its prevention. We are dealing with questionnaires NFCS - Need for Cognitive Structure, USMEQ-i - a questionnaire measuring emotional intelligence and FMPS-D, which measures perfectionism. According to previous studies, we found that the degree of perfectionism negatively correlated with burnout. We explore them and determine their internal consistency and correlations, and thereby verify their use for diagnostic purposes.
