摘要
Amphiphilic MOPEO-b-PCL diblock copolymers with biocompatible and biodegradable blocks of methoxypoly(ethylene oxide) (M(v) = 2 . 10(3)) and poly(epsilon-caprolactone) of a variable chain length were synthesized. Their structure, the micellization in dioxane/aqueous solutions and also the interaction of micelles with the model drug prednisolon (PS) were studied by (1)H NMR, DSC, UV/visible spectroscopy, static light scattering and FTIR. A binding of PS by micellar nanocontainers by means of hydrogen bonds and hydrophobic interactions, that enhances essentially the stability of micellar structures in a solution, was established.
