摘要
Importance of the cooperations of the civil organisations and their roles in the regional developement are not evident in Hungary. The main goal of this text is to systemize and to call attention to some important relations concerning this theme. The civil organisations besides take part in the employment and the GDP production like the for-profit actors, coming from their features have indispensable social functions, which lead to numerous consequences from the developement point of view The networking of the civil sphere help to exploit organisational adventages and it has key role in the reforming of the social relations, in the strenghtening of the collective thrust and reciprocity, ultimately in the building the social capital. The relations of the civil cooperations are informal and equivalent relations, which are following the personal relationship networks of the organisations' leaders. Formalizations of the relationships are not typical just if big amount of money is used or the applications are concerned. A great proportion of the organisations in the civil sector, approximately 2/3 part, is not cooperating. The architecture of the civil organisations' network in Hungary has strong relation with the settlement hierarchy. The sectoral line of the non-profit sphere in this system prefer the organisations which are settled into the centers particularly into the capital. The regional disparities of the civil sphere would require the different regional developement approaches.
