摘要：

Choquet integral type DEA is a global evaluation model of cross efficiency scores which calculated by phi(s) transformation type fuzzy measure and Choquet integral model. As D-efficient DMU's input and output weights are not determined uniquely, the DMU's cross-efficiency scores are not determined uniquely. So, we propose the maximum model and the averaging model of the scores.
