摘要
In my reaction to Cropanzano ct al.'s review of the justice literature, I highlight the need for justice researchers to: (I)stop neglecting the "wheels" (theory) already invented; and (2) start asking injustice victims where we next need to So. I also highlight where in the justice literature I see these actions are needed most acutely. In so doing, I highlight where I agree and disagree with points raised by Cropanzano ct al. in their much-needed review. The review's substance, although helpful in summarizing the justice literature, does not push us to take actions that will keep justice theory alive and well. (C) 2001 Academic Press.
