摘要
The microwave dielectric properties of A(5)B(4)O(15) (A=Ba, Sr, Mg, Ca, Zn; B=Nb, Ta) ceramics are investigated. The ceramics are prepared through the solid-state ceramic route. The dielectric properties are studied at microwave frequencies and structure and microstructure by XRD and scanning electron micrograph (SEM) methods. The ceramics show epsilon(tau) in the range 11-51, Q x f is in the range 2400-88,000 GHz and tau(f') in the range -73-232 ppm/degreesC. (C) 2003 Elsevier Science B.V All rights reserved.
