摘要
The paper deals with the integration of computing, intellectual resources and physical processes and their impact on the process of advanced training of personnel. The concept of NBCIC-technology (as convergence and co-evolution of information technologies, biotechnologies, nanotechnologies and cognition) and its application in professional training of engineering and management personnel for industry are disclosed. The authors substantiate the need for joint development of the integrated usage of information and communication technologies in the production system of the enterprise for a faster development of digital economy, and conclude that it is necessary to take this into account in training and retraining of managerial and economic personnel.
