摘要
Using virtual prototyping, the virtual prototype model of the f CYJ10-3-53HB walking-beam pumping unit is established and simulated in ADAMS. The corresponding kinematics and dynamics analysis was carried out. In order to get better performance, the optimization design was conducted based on the parametric variables. The results show that the RMS (root mean square) value of suspense point acceleration is reduced about 26.77% and the RMS (root mean square) value of the crank torque is reduced about 30.91% compared with the original machines under the same conditions (oil weight and constraints). The application of virtual prototyping in product development can improve product quality, shorten development cycle, and reduce costs.
