摘要
To ensure that a company can quickly respond customer orders reliably and optimally, we develop an allocated available to promise (AATP) model based on capacity to promise (CTP) for two stage production system. Addressing some disadvantages of CTP in quick response customer's order and global optimality, this model allocates the future capacity to the forecasted demands by considering company's object, material supply, production resource and market demand. The model offers AATP to customer sales representatives and offers the material requirement plan and the capacity requirement plan to guarantee a reliable order promise. This model can support quick, reliable and optimal order promise decisions.
