摘要
Understanding and expressing the voice-of-the-customer (VOC) exactly is critical to successful product development in mass customization. This paper proposes and implements a web-based system, which can gather and understand customers' requirement. In this article we expound the three-layer architecture of the system, introduce its main function and discuss the pivotal technology, which can make the system into reality. An example of rice cooker design survey is used to illustrate the proposed approach. With the example we expatiate on the theory of cluster analysis and conjoint analysis at length and the effect of them in detail. Finally the result of survey is explained.
