Impact of the Psychological Contract Based on Individuals' Work Values on the Organizational Commitment: An Empirical Study

摘要
In the internet age, the development of corporation can't survive without employees' innovation. As one of the essential intrinsic drive in employees' innovation, organizational commitment will draw huge attention. Under this background, based on the deep work values of employees, this article shall discuss the correlation between employees' psychological contract and organizational commitment beneath the different work values' orientation. The results of path analysis indicate that there exists a higher acceptable fitting modal, which means that employees' ability&development work values' orientation influence the employees' organizational commitment. Through the employer obligations of psychological contract, employees' status & independent work values' orientation influences the employees' organizational commitment. Two path coefficients are significant, and have a convincing explanation of organizational commitment.
