Coronary artery lesions can develop in Kawaski disease as a major complication, and result in aneurysm formation and stenosis, Reported is the evolution of important coronary artery stenosis in a pediatric patient managed with an endovascular stent. (C) 1999 Wiley-Liss, Inc.
