摘要
ZnO-based complex oxide phosphor materials were prepared using a single mode microwave furnace operating at 2.45 Calz. By using ZnO : Zn phosphor powder, a very rapid and homogeneous increase of the temperature of the raw materials is observed under microwave irradiation and the synthesis period is completed within a few minutes. Zn2SiO4 : Mn, Zn-3(BO3)(2) : Mn and ZnWO4 phosphor were successfully prepared using this microwave heating method.
