摘要
Nowadays, with the development of hotels and increasingly fierce competition, much more employees in hotels are likely to consider career change, particularly the senior professionals. A high staff turnover which causes a series of serious problems has become a crucial obstacle in the development of China's modem hotels. In order to find out the reasons for this phenomenon, this paper firstly analyzes the reasons for this serious staff issue based on the existing situation in China's hotels as viewed from three aspects: society, staff as well as hotel, and than further to search the effective solutions to reduce the staff turnover by implementing people-oriented management strategy, establishing flexible remuneration system, in addition developing staff career planning.
