摘要
three-step reactions First three kinds dicarboxylic acid reacted with zinc oxide, respectively. Then three products above reacted with polyethylene glycol and obtained poly (ether ester) containing zinc(called PEEZ), which reacted with caprolactam responsibly and gained three kinds PEEAZ. Adding PEEAZ to PA6 during blend spinning, the blending PA6 fiber with antistatic property was obtained. IR ,DSC, TG and XRD was used to study the structure and properties of PEEAZ. Morphology of the blending PA6 fiber was studied by SEC. The antistatic property and tenacity of blending PA6 fiber was investigated. The result showed that the structure and property of PEEAZ depend on the sort and the content of dicarboxylic acid in PEEAZ. The antistatic property of the fiber had improving with PEEAZ content increasing in the fiber and the n value of -(CH2)(n)- decreasing in dicarboxylic acid. The fiber had "base-fibril" amphoteric structure and its tensile had maximum with PEEAZ content increasing.
