摘要：

Implementation of logistics into businesses' activities has become a competitive advantage as it enables to perform the supplier and customer relationships in a better way. Enterprises should focus on monitoring and measurement of performance parameters of particular activities using the system of parameters. The paper is developed at a theoretical level and focuses mainly on emphasizing the importance of implementation the performance measurement system into businesses' activities. Paper also identifies the basic performance measures.
