摘要
A new A(5)B(4)O(15)-type cation-deficient perovskite Ba4LaTiTaO15 was prepared by the conventional solid-state reaction route. The phase and structure of the ceramics were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The compound crystallizes in the hexagonal system with unit cell parameter a=5.7405(2)angstrom, c= 11.7460(6) angstrom, V=335.21(2) angstrom(3) and Z = 1. The microwave dielectric properties of the ceramic were studied using a network analyzer, and it shows a high dielectric constant of 42.3, a high quality factors with Q(u) x f of 28,790 GHz, and a small positive tau(f) of + 33.1 ppm degrees C-1 (C) 2007 Elsevier B.V.
