摘要
Owing to be affected by international economic crisis, the enterprise human resources management (HRM) is confronted with enormous challenges. How to reduce enterprise cost, guarantee its operating efficiency and maintain enterprise competitiveness is a significant topic to an enterprise in economic crisis. This paper analyzes enterprise HRM which is affected by economic crisis and offers the countermeasures of HAM in salary welfare management, training development management, performance assessment management and human resources planning management. The enterprise takes the high road, turns the crisis into good opportunity of strengthening HRM and realizes its steady and sustained development.
