In this paper, we study the uniqueness of meromorphic functions concerning differential polynomials, prove two theorems which generalize some results given by M.L. Fang and S.S. Bhoosnurmath and R.S. Dyavanal. (c) 2007 Elsevier Inc. All rights reserved.
