摘要
A sol-gel method was employed to prepare the graphite solid lubrication coating on the 1045 steel with 0.35 mm thick. SEM equipped with EDS was utilized to observe and analyze the coating morphologies and energy spectrum of the surface and worn scars. XRD was used to detect the phase structure of the coating. The friction-reduction performances of the coatings were tested on a friction tester. The results show that the coatings are well bonded with substrate and possessed excellent friction-reduction ones. (c) 2005 Elsevier B.V All rights reserved.
