MODERN INFORMATION SOLUTIONS FOR THE OPTIMIZATION OF MANAGEMENT DECISIONS

This article aims to illustrate the necessity to make the transfer to a new type of management, by adopting new, modem means and instruments of elaboration, testing and fundamental the strategic decisions by means of which the reaction time of the organization can be diminished as a response to the changes of the business environment. In order to bring arguments in support of this desiderate we decided to make an analysis of the most representatives informatics solutions, which already exist on the national and international market, in order to establish their degree of utility according to some reference criteria. In this research we have chosen some of the informatics solutions used both in education, formation and training but also as a decisional support in order to satisfy the expectations of those interested. As a conclusion of the research, we recommend the enlargement of the application area of the managerial simulations from partial to complex and their implementation at the level of the management of the Romanian companies.
