摘要
Bisarylamines with o-alkoxy substituents [o-NH 2-C 6H 4-O(CH 2) 1/2/3] 2 react with [nBu 4N] 4[α-Mo 8O 26] in anhydrous acetonitrile in the presence of N,Nâ-dicyclohexylcarbodiimide (DCC) to form a series of nanoscale molecular bola, bisorganoimido-bridged hexamolybdates with flexible alterable lengths, in which two hexamolybdate cages are connected by the bisarylimido linkers (see scheme). © 2011 WILEY-VCH Verlag GmbH & Co.
