Research on the Relationship of University Physical Education Teachers' Coping Style and Job Satisfaction with Job Burnout

摘要
In order to find out the relationship of coping style and job satisfaction with job burnout on university physical education teacher, 251 university P.E. teachers were investigated by Trait Coping Style Questionnaire (TCSQ), Teacher Job Satisfaction Scale and Job Burnout Scale in Shangdong province. The results showed that: (1) Emotional exhaustion and depersonalization of university P.E. teachers are not serious, but reduced personal accomplishment is had. (2) On emotional exhaustion dimension the degree of female teachers is higher than male teachers. (3)Academic background has an effect on reduced personal accomplishment significantly. (4) Work experience has an effect on emotional exhaustion and depersonalization significantly. (5) Coping style have significant linear relationship with job burnout. (6) The dimension of self-realization in job satisfaction has significant linear relationship with job burnout. (7) The dimension of salary and welfare in job satisfaction correlate with all dimensions of job burnout significantly, and salary and welfare have linear relationship with both emotional exhaustion and depersonalization. (8) The dimension of occupational stress in job satisfaction correlate with emotional exhaustion and depersonalization significantly, the occupational stress have significant linear relationship with emotional exhaustion.
