摘要
Analysis of the problems of ensuring the reliability and stability of ships and ships "housings shows that the system monitoring of the state of the structure of materials opens up additional possibilities for improving the accuracy and reliability of estimates of the resource of structures at the stages of design and operation. Information obtained by examining the material of structures at the stages of manufacture, together with operational data on the state of ships and ships in operation, makes it possible to predict their individual life. The mass increase in the number of highly loaded, and therefore material-intensive structures, has put the problems of technical diagnostics in a number of priority. The most acute development of methods of diagnostics and forecasting of residual life is for ships that have worked out their design operating period. The simultaneous replacement of such a huge mass of long-term large structures is unrealistic even for economically developed countries. Therefore, it is advisable to repair worn structures by reinforcement or restoration, which received certain structural damage of structural materials during operation. The objectivity of information on the state of material of various structural elements depends on the accuracy of obtaining and measuring the quantities of interest. The article discusses the variants of fatigue strength calculations, complementing and developing the methodology of calculations of ship hull structures.
