Comparative study on the ontomorphogenesis of herbaceous and shrubby Clematis species (Ranunculaceae) based on the evo-devo concept

摘要
The life forms of six species of Clematis L. were studied on the basis of an analysis of their ontomorphogenesis. The herbaceous life forms in this genus can be recognized as derivatives. They emerged due to a transformation of woody Clematis ontomorphogenesis. The main mode of this transformation in the series from shrubs to herbs is acceleration.
