摘要：

No machine translation is perfect or almost perfect, but it can give us a draft translation or basic idea of original document. Currently, most of machine translations focus on documents with English as the source language. In this paper, we introduce a WebPages Translation System from Portuguese to Chinese. The system is based on the Local Application Approach, where the translation process is carried out in local machine.
