Remote monitoring of 129I and 127I isotopes in the atmosphere using the laser-induced fluorescence method

摘要
This paper reports the experimental and calculation research of the development of the remote laser-induced fluorescence method for the detection of I-129 and I-127 molecular iodine isotopologues in atmospheric air in real time. As an excitation source we used a frequency-doubled neodymium laser (similar to 532 nm). We estimated the sensitivity of (II)-I-127-I-129 and I-129(2) detection in the atmosphere. Detection sensitivity of molecular iodine is 4 . 10(13) cm(-3) for a sensing distance of 6 km.
