摘要
As a result of arising complexity of problems, the use of analytical methods has become more difficult. This situation has led to much more preferring numerical methods for solving problems and cause to improve new numerical methods. In this study, two-dimensional FDFD (Finite Difference Frequency Domain) method is used to solve a problem related to the dielectric scattering of an object. In order to solve such a problem, the environment and the waves has been modeled with FDFD method, then based on the modeled structure solution is obtained. To prove the flexibility of the method based on FDFD method, solutions have been obtained for objects of different shapes and specifications. In addition, the results obtained with the FDFD method compared with Balanis' solutions and assessments have been made on differences and similarities.
