摘要：
SiC/CNT composite fibers were prepared by blending pretreated CNT (0.1-1 wt%) into polycarborsilane (PCS) followed by melt-spinning, curing and pyrolysis. The properties of the fiber may be significantly improved since the CNT's are mostly oriented along the fiber axis.
