摘要
A new series of [1,2,3]triazolo[4',5':4,5]pyrano[2,3-d]pyrimidine derivatives (4a-4j) was synthesized in eco-friendly click followed by C-C bond coupling protocol under highly efficient microwave conditions. All the synthesized compounds were characterized by spectral and analytical studies. The synthesized compounds were further evaluated for their antibacterial and antioxidant activities. Compounds 4h and 4j exhibited potent antibacterial activity against tested Gram-positive bacterial strains, and compounds 4j approximate to 1.62 fold more potent and 4h approximate to 1.08 fold more potent antioxidant activity when compared with the standard trolox.
