摘要
Complex system theory has been regarded as one of the most important subject to discover the behavior of complex systems, which found widely application foreground in lots of domain, including of not only natural systems, but also man-made systems, like social and economic systems. Inside of which, self-organization principle is deeply investigated to explain the secret of complexity form. In the paper, firstly, a three-layer based self-organization simulation framework is introduced, which could be regarded as the basic idea to simulate the system self-organization behavior. Then, a whole self-organization simulation model is introduced in detail, which is enlightened from both machine learning and evolutionary algorithms in AI area. Further more, to take an application view A prototype system, named "SOS-PS" (Self-Organization Simulation in Partnership Selection) is put forward. Using the given self-organization simulation model, the prototype system could help give valuable decision supports to the complex partnership selection problems in virtual enterprise life.
