Mineral composition of strawberry (Fragaria x ananassa duch.) leaves

摘要
The mineral nutrients (C, N, P, K, Ca, Mg, Cu, Mn, Fe) in the leaves of strawberry plants were investigated. The study was carried out on cultivar Jonsok in a commercial strawberry field during 1999. The leaf nutrient concentrations in runner plants were mainly in the recommended range, but the higher limits for K, B, Fe and Mn were exceeded in the fruiting plants. There were no significant differences in leaf C, N, P, Cu and Mn concentrations between fruiting and runner plants, but K, Mg, B and Fe concentrations were higher in fruiting plants while Ca concentration was higher in runner plants. The dry weight and contents per leaf of nearly all nutrients were higher in runner plants.
