摘要:
Bi0.5Na0.5TiO3-Bi0.5K0.5TiO3 (BNT-BKT) nanofibers with compositions near morphotropic phase boundary (MPB) were fabricated by using electrospinning method with postcalcination and their crystal structure, morphology and ferroelectricity were systematically studied. Furthermore, the BNT-BKT nanofibers were used to fabricate flexible nanogenerators (NGs), which was employed to harvest the energy of human finger movements. (C) 2016 Elsevier B.V.
