摘要：

This paper present a SWOT Analyze for the project ' ENGLISH and ICT COMPETENCES FOR THE UNEMPLOYED' targets people in disadvantaged positions in the society, the unemployed, regardless their age, sex or previous work experience. All the activities are aimed at helping learners improve their communication skills in English and assist them in improving their professional skills. They will also increase the participants' ability to understand and appreciate different points of view, and provide them with more adequate ways of coping with different social and cultural environments, thus possibly influencing their personal and professional spheres positively.
