摘要：

Infective endocarditis is a rare complication of patent ductus arteriosus nowadays. About two patients, aged 7 and 5 years old, we diagnosed and treated a patent ductus arteriosus complicated with an infective vegetative endocarditis with a risk of pulmonary embolism.
