摘要
A hybrid state of photons and electronic excitations in semiconductor quantum wells shows nonlinear behaviour at the level of single or few quanta, thus opening the door to the realization of photonic nonlinear quantum devices employing semiconductor technologies. © 2019, Springer Nature Limited.
