摘要
In this paper, we discuss the performance problems and challenges in a multi-cell environment and propose a user pairing algorithm based on channel gain-difference and channel correlation. This algorithm combines channel gain-difference and channel correlation. Further combines the improved Hungarian algorithm (HA) to transform the user selection matching issue into an optimal assignment problem. To further improve the fairness of users and reduce the computation burden of system complexity, we obtain an optimal power allocation solution that maximizes the sum capacity of users with poor channel quality. Simulation results show that the proposed scheme can significantly enhance the multi-cell system sum capacity compared to the existing schemes.
