Determination of eight bioactive compounds in caulis Lonicerae japonicae and Folium Lonicerae japonicae by high performance liquid chromatography

摘要
A high performance liquid chromatographic method was established for analysis of compounds in Caulis Lonicerae japonicae and Folium Lonicerae japonicae. Extend-C, column (250 mm x 4.6 mm, 5 mu m) was used with a mixture of acetonitrile and 0.3% formic acid aqueous solution as the mobile phase. The flow rate was 1.5 mL/min, detection wavelength was set at 240,330 and 360 nm, column temperature was set at 38 degrees C. The limit of detection was less than 0.29 mg/L; The RSD of the method was less than 2.3%; Recoveries of standard addition were in the range of 91.2% - 103.6%. The method was applied to the analysis of seven Lonicera Japonica samples that came from different areas in China. The method is simple, rapid and accurate, and can be used for the evaluation of Caulis Lonicerae japonicae and Folium Lonicerae japonicae.
