摘要：
The article analyzes the criteria for estimating the level of economic security of the assets management companies; the necessity of taking into account the results of the internal and external diagnostics of its condition while calculating the integral index is grounded. The list of factors is given, the consideration of which is desirable for fair estimation of the economic security level, the grounds for the methodics of such estimation are carried out.
