摘要：
This work is a theoretical attempt to model segregation effects on grain boundary diffusion. Taking realistic numerical values for segregation and diffusion parameters, typical behaviour of oxygen self-diffusion coefficients in Al2O3 has been drawn in an Arrhenius diagram and compared to experimental observations.
