摘要
For almost a decade, laparoscopic cholecystectomy (LCh) has become a widely accepted method of surgical treatment of gallbladder lithiasis. Until recent years, however, coexisting liver cirrhosis was considered a contraindication to this type of surgery, because of possible bleeding problems related to portal hypertension and general patient's status. The authors present their experience in laparoscopic cholecystectomy in 15 cirrhotic patients as well as their results of this method of treatment.
