摘要
Cultural and creative industries developed very rapidly all around the world. Innovation is a vital event of cultural and creative enterprises, but few scholars have analyzed the mechanism between team diversity and innovation performance from the perspective of knowledge sharing. This paper built a model of creative team diversity, knowledge sharing and innovation performance, according to the characteristics of creative team and the steps of: Team Characteristics Team Process Team Performance". The relationships of social category diversity, informational diversity, value diversity, and knowledge sharing and innovation performance have also been discussed. Result shows that social category diversity and value diversity are likely to cause informal groups, reduce trust and identity among team members, and increase the distance between team members. So it will do harm to knowledge sharing and team innovation. In contrast, informational diversity brings different knowledge and ideas, and it will increase knowledge sharing and innovation performance in teams.
