摘要
The Romanian higher education and particularly the Romanian PhD School are confronted with many research-related problems. In this paper, we would like on one hand, to present, as a case study, the problems the Romanian Doctoral School is confronted with, and to propose, on the other hand, some solutions with the aim of planning scientific activities and of making the doctoral students' work in the third Bologna cycle to be more rhythmic, organised and more focused on doctoral research, in despite of the fact they are involved in many other activities, tasks, familial obligations, jobs, businesses etc.
