摘要
With the advent of the 21st century, ecological industry has become a new industry in recent years. Compared with traditional industry, it has remarkable characteristics and is committed to the sustainable use of natural resources. In order to improve operating efficiency and competitiveness, enterprises are faced with complex operating situation and many changes. The most important asset in an enterprise is human resources, regardless of the change of its environment. Therefore, how to promote employees to care about organisational affairs and their own work spontaneously from the heart has become the most concerned issue. This research mainly aims at the ecological industry, the object is the ecological industry employee in Hunan Province. 380 questionnaires were sent out, 257 of which were valid and the recovery rate was 68%. From the research, when the staff job burnout and emotional exhaustion is relatively low, the staff work attitude and efficiency are higher, and the opportunity to reduce professional effectiveness will be reduced.
