摘要
Identification of ectomycorrhizal fungi from Picea abies ectomycorrhizas on study plot in bilberry spruce forest was lead by PCR/ITS/RFLP method with further sequencing and comparison with INSD. Three species were identified (Rozites caperata, Suillus-variegatus, Cortinarius traganus) and relationship with seven species or species groups is determined (Paxillus involutus; Amanita fulva; Clavulina cinerea; Russula postiana and R. integra; R. foetens and R. integra; Lactarius mitissimus, L. fulvissimus and Arcangeliella borziana). Received data have allowed to analyse distribution pattern of studied ectomycorrhizal fungi in the soil. The results of this study are compared with sporocarps mapping data obtained by E. A. Fomina (2000) on the same plot.
