摘要
A [H-1, C-13] TROSY method for unlabeled polyfluorenes was established using high-field (600-900MHz) instruments. The line width of [H-1,C-13] TROSY depended very little on the molecular weight of the polymer as well as magnetic field strength. Suppression of H-1 peaks which were bound to C-12 atoms was sufficient to utilize unlabeled samples. It was found that [H-1, C-13] TROSY prevents the broadening of NMR peaks which is one of the biggest problems to obtain high resolution NMR spectra of high molecular weight (> 10(5) g/mol) polymers. This result indicates that [H-1, C-13] TROSY can be applied to unlabeled and high molecular weight synthetic polymers.
