摘要
Public Transport monitor is the foundation of effective management and evaluation, which is crucial to improve sharing rate of public transit. This study proposes a new method to develop a dynamic monitoring system on the base of smart card and GPS data. First Data Warehouse of multi-source data from advanced public transport system (APTS) is descripted for monitoring system. Then the study develops a three-level algorithm to explore bus operation state and passenger travel characteristic, which performs better in the aspect of efficiency and accuracy. Then a case study of Ningbo City is adopted to validate the method and demonstrate the visualization function, which facilities supportive decisions of public monitor system.
